As an outdoor enthusiast in Burlington, I (Mike Chase) often saw incredible kayaks, canoes, and paddleboards sitting idle. At the same time, many wanted to explore Lake Champlain or other local spots without the commitment of buying gear. This sparked an idea: What if we could connect them?
That simple question led to Rentaverse. We’re building a community-driven outdoor gear-sharing platform to make enjoying Vermont’s waters easier, more affordable, and more accessible for everyone.
